This module includes the features like :

Class & Section
Teachers can check and view the list of classes and sections assigned to them to teach students, as well as the class number and section assigned to them by the principal or school administrator.
Administrator can create a new class by giving it a name, code and order/department. The curriculum and student strengths for this class are also displayed. He or she can also create different sections for the class, each indicating the total number of people learning in it. You can also view and change the list of students' classes and sections.
Subjects
Teachers can view the subjects assigned to students in the Subject Assignment list. This will help teachers understand the major/department as well as the courses to be taught in different grades and sections.
Admin can add topic codes for individual topics, the book you like to read and the author of the book according to the rules of the government committee. Subject codes can be assigned to different subjects, e.g. E.g. Chemistry - CHEM, Physics - PHY, Fine Arts - FIAR etc. If the institute decides to add more subjects in a particular class or in all classes, the administrator can assign and add different subjects to each class and sections.Similarly, you can also assign different subjects to teachers to help them understand which subjects to teach in lectures with subject/department, staff name, class and section.
Syllabus
Teachers and administrators can manage the subject curriculum of different classes, which helps them plan classes and lectures to meet the curriculum of different subjects in a timely manner.
Assignments & Notes
Students can use the interactive mobile app on their phones to access their daily assignments and class notes posted by their respective class teachers. Teachers regularly add assignments and notes to the system, which can be accessed via the online desktop system and mobile app. Students can see the name of the class teacher who assigned assignments and grades, as well as the due date.
Classwork & Homework
Teachers can upload daily assignments/lessons for their students through our interactive mobile app. Through the School ERP Mobile application, students and parents can view the classes/assignments assigned for each subject. This is intended to help students who are absent due to illness or other reasons. They can use the mobile app to copy and complete their class assignments. This keeps absent students up to date on the day's classwork and homework assigned by their teachers.
Certificates
The admin can add different certification names, certification types available in the institute and create new custom certificates based on the resources of the institute. The administrator can also create result certificates for each individual student containing the certificate in the name of the student, the year of graduation, the date of issue of the certificate and the type of certificate.
Circular
When events, picnics or educational visits take place, the system administrator and teachers can add daily, weekly and monthly circulars to the system and their students can read the circulars on specific dates with the current circular specified. students can check the regular newsletters to see whether there are upcoming activities, picnics or educational visits; Teachers publish the circulars in the system and students can view them at a specific time.
